Open Positions
We are currently hiring for the following roles:
Registered Nurse (RNs)
who provide skilled nursing care and coordinate treatment plans
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
who assist with medical tasks and daily care under RN supervision
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) / Direct Care Workers
who support clients with daily living activities, personal hygiene, mobility, medication reminders, and offer companionship and emotional support

Registered Nurse (RN)
As an RN with Green Medical Consulting, you will provide skilled nursing care, medication management, and health monitoring for clients with intellectual disabilities. You will work closely with families and healthcare providers to create and implement personalized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor client health status
Administer medications and treatments
Coordinate with physicians and therapists
Train and supervise care staff
Provide emotional support to clients and families
Qualifications:
Valid RN license
Experience with intellectual disabilities preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
LPNs support the nursing team by providing hands-on care and assisting with medical needs under RN supervision. Your role is vital in ensuring clients receive safe and compassionate care daily.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with medication administration
Monitor client health and report changes
Support daily living activities
Document care and communicate with the team
Qualifications:
Valid LPN license
Experience in home care or intellectual disability care preferred


Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Direct Care Worker
CNAs and Direct Care Workers provide essential personal care and companionship to our clients, helping with daily activities and creating a supportive, family-like environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Help with mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and errands as needed
Qualifications:
State certification as CNA or equivalent
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Ability to follow care plans and instructions
